An entry from my coworker Derek is today’s Tasty Lie highlight. Derek’s kind of all over the board with the reviews he has done, from the all-natural to fast food burgers. Today is the former. Go, Derek, Go!
That looks like a VERY veggie lasagna. Not a bad thing, though I’m not sure it’s my bag. None the less it looks well put together with lots of very fresh looking veggies. In all it looks like a really solid vegan meal. But that’s the box, what does the meal itself look like?
Wow…That looks remarkably different. And NOT in a good way. What can be seen of the wheat pasta looks dried out, and the rest of it looks very lazily thrown together and mushy. It just doesn’t look appetizing to me at all. But what’s Derek think?
It looks a little like mush but you can really feel and taste the individual ingredients. Really flavorful, oniony sauce. I recommend this for sure.

I like the way you bolded the word vegan in this post.
I think it would be better with more sauce though.
Definitely trying to make sure we get vegan stuff in there too.
