Round 1 in the 3 Round Banquet Meals War didn’t go well, but maybe this one will be different. This one’s got a bit of an Asian flair, Sweet & Sour Chicken with rice.
I’ll be honest…It looks like Banquet chicken nuggets with orange sauce on it. Toss in some rice and a few random veggies and call it a day. They’re underselling and I think that’s a good thing. Don’t build people up expecting something awesome. How true is it?
It’s messier than on the box. Doesn’t look particularly good…But all the ingredients are there. They are indeed the Banquet chicken nuggets with orange sauce on them. Lots of rice, a few veggies, and a couple pieces of pineapple.
I didn’t enjoy the meal a bit. It essentially tasted like soggy chicken nuggets with orange marmalade on them on a bed of VERY overcooked rice. Not my idea of a good meal. And the pineapple, which I expected sweetness from, was tasteless. That’s alright though. The orange sauce was ridiculously sweet. The drawback is that while there’s more than enough sweet, there’s no sour whatsoever. Misses the point of Sweet & Sour. Avoid this one.

Oh my goodness….I guess you would have to be really hard up for sweet and sour to eat this.

are people fucking dumb these are amazing!!! ive eaten at least a hundred in the past 2-3 months im addicted to them.
